Wes Schrader
Managing Partner
Mr. Schrader is the Managing Partner of Waverider Partners. He brings over 25 years of experience building companies, leading teams, and arranging capital. His prior experience includes three posts as CEO or President of companies at various stages in their growth cycle and across multiple industries.
Mr. Schrader has developed a unique breadth of skills in strategy, finance, and business development through managing projects, teams, and processes to successful conclusions and has held a variety of roles including public company board member, CEO, private equity fund formation, investment banker, president of an industry changing financial services startup, associate of an acquisition search fund, and designer of microchips.
Mr. Schrader holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University and both an MBA and Masters in Finance from the University of Denver graduating with highest distinction. He is an avid golfer, former skier and enjoys traveling internationally.
